Originally from Canada and now based in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, I'm Olivia, the artist and creative vision behind Plumas & Ink Cosmetic & Tattoo Artistry.

For me, tattooing and permanent makeup are more than just beauty services. They're forms of artistic expression that celebrate individuality, enhance natural beauty, and transform personal stories into something meaningful and lasting.

My passion lies in combining artistic creativity with technical precision, creating work that is both visually captivating and thoughtfully designed. From delicate fine-line tattoos and intricate black-and-grey realism to bold custom artwork and expertly crafted permanent makeup, every detail matters.

In tattoo artistry, I specialize in personalized designs that reflect each client's personality, experiences, and vision. Whether it's a meaningful symbol, an intricate composition, or a statement piece, my approach is rooted in originality, balance, and timeless artistry.

In permanent makeup (PMU), my philosophy is centered on enhancing rather than changing. Through carefully designed cosmetic tattoo techniques, including eyebrow enhancements and natural-looking freckles, I aim to highlight each client's unique features while creating soft, elegant, and beautifully balanced results.
